Описание :
Elementary — современная драма о раскрывающем преступления дуэте Шерлока Холмса и доктора Ватсона, который помогает полиции Нью-Йорка в самых сложных делах. После лечения от алкоголизма и наркомании Шерлок сбегает из Лондона на Манхэттан, а его богатый отец заставляет его взять «компаньонку по трезвости» — Джоан Ватсон. Для Джоан это возможность искупить прошлые грехи — она была успешным хирургом до того, как по ее вине погиб пациент, и она потеряла лицензию. Но Шерлок не такой, как ее предыдущие клиенты. Он сразу же сообщает ей, что ее опыт к нему неприменим, и поддерживать трезвость он будет при помощи работы консультантом в полиции Нью-Йорка. У Ватсон не остается выбора кроме как следовать за ним повсюду. Шерлок находит ее медицинские знания полезными, а она внезапно находит в себе таланты следователя. Капитан Тоби Грегсон из полиции знаком с Холмсом по его работе в Скотланд-Ярде, и с радостью привлекает его к расследованиям в Нью-Йорке. Применив дедуктивный метод, легко догадаться, что эксцентричный Шерлок Холмс не долго протянет в Нью-Йорке, раскрывая преступления. Его порывы должен сдерживать верный друг. Кто бы это мог быть?
